Moti Aile support

Moti Aile is a Montessori family app for parents and children. Parents can explore home activities and practical life guides for ages 0–6; children can use calm exercises for ages 3–6 with a parent or caregiver.

Support and contact

For questions, bug reports and privacy requests, email merhaba@motiaile.com. Include the app version, device model, operating system version and a description of the issue. You do not need to send your child’s name, photos, health information or notification token.

Managing notifications

You can allow notifications from the Settings screen in Moti Aile. You can turn them off later in the Moti Aile notification settings in the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. You can use Moti Aile without allowing notifications.

Account and subscription

Sign in to Moti Aile with Apple or Google. If you used Hide My Email when signing in with Apple, your account may have been created with Apple’s relay address. If you have trouble signing in, make sure you choose the method you used before.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in Apple’s subscription settings. If you do not want your free trial to become a paid subscription, cancel there at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Refund requests are made through Apple’s refund portal. Deleting the app or your Moti Aile account does not cancel your subscription.

You can start deleting your account with the account deletion option in the app. Contact our support address for other privacy requests. The scope of account deletion is explained in the Privacy policy.

Web version

You can open Moti Aile on your computer at app.motiaile.com. The web version uses the same account and family records. Notifications, the home screen widget and subscription purchases are available only in the iPhone and iPad app.
