Moti Aile terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Moti Aile mobile app provided by Faruk Kaledibi and its web version at app.motiaile.com. When using Moti Aile, you must comply with these terms and applicable law. For questions, email merhaba@motiaile.com.

1. Purpose of the service and its users

Moti Aile is a Montessori family app designed for parents, caregivers and children to use together. Parents can explore home activities and guides for ages 0–6; children can use on-screen exercises for ages 3–6 with a parent or caregiver. Accounts, family records, invitations and subscriptions are managed by a parent or caregiver. Children do not need to create separate accounts or enter their personal information.

2. General information and child safety

The content is for general educational and informational purposes. It does not provide medical, psychological or personalised developmental assessment, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace an assessment by a paediatrician, mental health professional or qualified education specialist. Consult an appropriate professional if you have concerns about health or development.

Every child’s development and needs are different. Before offering any activity, you must assess whether it is suitable for your child’s age, abilities, health and surroundings. Activities and exercises must take place under the supervision of a responsible adult. Take the necessary precautions for small parts, sharp tools, hot surfaces, water, food allergens and similar risks; do not offer an activity you consider unsafe. Moti Aile does not guarantee any particular educational or developmental outcome.

3. Right of use and intellectual property

You may use the app for personal and lawful purposes. Rights in Moti Aile’s software, design, text and images belong to Faruk Kaledibi or the relevant rights holders. Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce the content without permission, distribute it commercially or present it as your own product. Licences for open-source components apply under their respective terms.

4. Apple licence terms

The Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) applies to the software licence for Moti Aile obtained through the App Store. This page explains use of the Moti Aile service; it is not a custom EULA replacing Apple’s standard EULA. Use of the web version is subject only to these terms. In the event of a conflict concerning the software licence, Apple’s standard EULA applies, and applicable mandatory legal rules apply in all cases.

The developer is responsible for Moti Aile’s content, support and operation. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Moti Aile.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the app for an unlawful purpose, compromise its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access or infringe the rights of others. Except where expressly permitted by law, you may not bypass access restrictions, modify the app without permission or reverse engineer it.

6. Your account

You can sign in with Apple or Google. Accounts, sessions and family records are provided through Supabase. You must protect the security of your account and device and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Your sign-in provider’s terms apply to its own service.

7. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

A selection of 12 activities in each age group, their complete guides and their linked exercise sections for ages 3–6 are free, including for guests. With a free account, you can create 1 child profile and save your shelf and observations. Moti Plus provides the complete activity catalogue, all linked exercises, additional child profiles and new family invitations through an automatically renewing monthly or yearly App Store subscription. Subscriptions can be purchased only in the iPhone or iPad app; active Plus access also applies to the web version with the same account. One family subscription also covers members who join using an invitation code; the joining member does not need a separate subscription. When a subscription ends, existing profiles, observations, saved activities and family memberships are retained, and access to the free selection of activities and linked exercises continues. Active Plus access is required to access the full catalogue, create additional child profiles and create new family invitations. Included content and features, the price in your local currency and any promotional terms are shown on the purchase screen before your confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews each month or year according to your selected period; the renewal charge is collected according to the timing and applicable terms shown on Apple’s purchase screen.

Free trial

Moti Plus offers a 7-day free trial on its available monthly or yearly plans to Apple accounts subscribing to Moti Plus for the first time. The trial is an introductory offer Apple allows once per subscription group; Apple determines eligibility, and the trial terms are shown on the purchase screen before your confirmation. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid at the price shown on the purchase screen and renews according to your selected period until cancelled. Discounted plans selected with a coupon do not include a free trial.

One family member’s active Plus access also applies to existing members of the same Moti Aile family. Leaving or being removed from that family ends the access shared through it. This feature is separate from Apple Family Sharing.

Coupon codes

Coupon codes are offered at Moti Aile’s discretion. Faruk Kaledibi decides to whom, when, how and to how many people a coupon is given. There is no obligation to issue coupons; a coupon cannot be claimed as a right, and giving one to one person does not mean others will receive one. A coupon may be disabled without prior notice. Coupons may not be sold or exchanged for money or another entitlement.

The coupon field in the app accepts two types of coupon. A free coupon adds one calendar month of Plus with each successful use; if free time remains, the new month is added after it. Plus ends automatically when this time expires; it does not become a paid subscription and no payment is taken. The coupon can be used again until it is disabled. Renewal of any existing Apple subscription is independent of this free time. A discount coupon selects the special monthly or yearly plan associated with that coupon. This plan also renews automatically; entering the coupon does not start a payment. Purchases are made only in the iPhone or iPad app with Apple confirmation. You do not need to enter the coupon again when an active subscription renews; the discounted price applies to each renewal until cancelled. The date and amount for switching from an existing subscription are shown on Apple’s confirmation screen.

Disabling a coupon does not affect free time already added or a subscription that has already started. Free time obtained through a coupon may be ended if the coupon is sold, used in automated attempts or otherwise abused in breach of these terms. A large number of coupon attempts in a short period is temporarily blocked.

You can manage and cancel your subscription on your iPhone or iPad under Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Moti Aile, or in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancel before the next renewal. After cancellation, the access end date is shown on Apple’s subscription screen, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

Uninstalling the app, signing out or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To stop renewal, you must separately cancel in your Apple subscription settings. You can submit refund requests to Apple’s refund portal. Refund eligibility is assessed under Apple’s terms and your statutory rights; the developer does not promise automatic or unconditional refunds. Price changes are subject to Apple’s rules on notification and, where required, consent.

To use your subscription on a new device, use the Apple account associated with the purchase and the relevant Moti Aile account. You can use the restore purchases option without buying the same subscription again. If you experience access problems, contact our support address; do not share your card details or account password.

8. Notifications, links and privacy

Notifications are optional and can be turned off in your device settings; the web version does not send notifications. Notifications may be delayed or fail to arrive due to network or operating system conditions; do not rely solely on Moti Aile notifications for time-critical tasks. Services opened through external links are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. The processing of personal data and your rights are explained in the Privacy policy.

9. Updates and service continuity

Content and features may be updated to improve Moti Aile, fix bugs or meet security requirements. Some features may require an internet connection, a supported operating system or a current app version. The service is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors, or in the same way on every device. If the service ends or changes significantly, reasonable advance notice will be provided; any paid entitlements and statutory remedies remain protected.

10. Liability and statutory rights

Reasonable care is taken to keep content accurate and current; it cannot be guaranteed to be complete or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect losses arising from use of the app. These terms do not exclude liability arising from intent or gross negligence, harm to life, body or health, or any other circumstances in which liability cannot legally be limited. Your mandatory consumer rights and legal safeguards remain unaffected.

11. Account deletion, changes and disputes

You can stop using Moti Aile and start deleting your account with the account deletion option in the app. You may be unable to access paid content with a deleted account; you must separately cancel your subscription through Apple. Details of account deletion and data retention are explained in the Privacy policy. If these terms change, this page and its date will be updated; significant changes will be announced in the app or here. Separate consent will be obtained where legally required.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections to which you are entitled in your country remain unaffected. In the event of a dispute, you can contact us; your right to apply to competent consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and other competent authorities is not restricted.
